Elite Growth Alliance Foundation
These programmes are delivered by Elite Growth Alliance Foundation, an independent charitable organisation, and are free to the young people who take part.
Elite Growth Alliance Foundation is an independent charitable organisation, governed by its own board of trustees. We support young adults aged 19 to 24 who are not in education, employment or training, or who are at risk of becoming so, to build confidence, resilience and the skills to move forward. Our programmes are free to the young people who take part.
Our Mission
To advance the education and personal development of young adults by delivering programmes that improve engagement, build resilience and develop the skills required to progress into further education, training and employment.
Who We Support
We support young adults aged 19 to 24 who are not in education, employment or training, or who are at risk of becoming so. We give priority to young people facing additional barriers, such as care leavers, young people with a disability or health condition, those with few or no qualifications, and those who have been out of work for six months or more.
Most young people come to us through referral partners such as Jobcentre Plus, careers services, local authority youth services and colleges. Young people can also refer themselves.

How We Are Funded
The Foundation is funded through grants, donations and partnerships. It is a separate organisation from Elite Growth Alliance Ltd and does not promote or fund the company’s commercial services.
